What should I do if my product is damaged?

Check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you see any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for the package. If you suspect damage but can't inspect the package immediately, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@NextGenGarage.com, and we will process a replacement or a refund.
